TRAVEL INFORMATION

Flight Information - 2 airport options:

  1. Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS)
    • 2.5-hour drive to venue
      • Rent a car/ Uber the full way
      • Take a shuttle to St. George (St George shuttle/ Salt Lake express), then Uber/rent car/ shared shuttle to Zion
  2. Saint George Airport (SGU)
    • 1-hour drive to venue (rent a car, Uber or shared shuttle)

Hair Love Shuttle

This is the only Hair Love-coordinated transportation during the week. This shuttle will be taking retreaters from central St. George to the venue, and from the venue to central St. George.

  • Pick up address:Red Cliffs Mall -  1770 Red Cliffs Drive - JC Penneys Parking lot - St. George Shuttle Bus will be waiting.

Departure Day:

On October 4th, the shuttle will be leaving at 10am. This will get you into St. George around 11:30 am.

For those flying out this day:

  • SGU: Plan another 30 min. Uber ride to SGU
  • LV: Plan a 15 min Uber to shuttle stop + 2 hour shuttle if you are going to Vegas. (Also account - YOU LOSE 1 hour going to Vegas).

We suggest coming in early and/or staying late to ground yourself and encourage integration. Where to stay:

  • COMFORTABLE CLOTHES: Comfortable means different things for different people, so do what is comfortable for you! We want you embodying the whole YOU while at this retreat, so dress like you! (You'll be seeing a lot of yoga pants, jean shorts, yoga/atheltic outfits, swimsuits, and chill sundresses from the Hair Love Team!
  • COMFORTABLE SHOES: I CANNOT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH… we are glamping. Maybe forego the heels… I say this every year, and every year people do it and regret it lol. I am just keeping it real, it’s not your best idea! We aren't fully in the wilderness, so you don't need hiking boots (though we will be hiking one day, so make sure you bring footwear to hike in i.e. hiking shoes/boots, tennis shoes, hiking sandals), I just don’t want to deal with any rolled ankles (please note: I will deal with them if needed lol).
  • YOGA /WORKOUT CLOTHES: If you plan on joining us for Yoga, working out, or breath work, bring some yoga clothes! If not… still bring yoga clothes! Totally fits the “comfortable clothes” requirement
  • YOGA MAT: For the yoga and breath-work.

     

  • SWIMSUIT: We have a sauna and cold plunge this year, so bring a swimmy or two!!

  • MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS: Sunscreen, Bug spray, Rx medications, plant medicines you like to work with, neck cooling towel (it won’t be NEARLY as hot this year, but I loved having mine!)
  •  Party Outfit: The last night is a celebration! Make sure to pack a party outfit!  
  • Be sure to leave some room in your suitcase to take home extra swag!

GENERAL FAQ

How will my payments work?

Whatever payment plan or pay-in-full option you choose is all taken care of and will automatically do its thing. If you need to change your card on file or have any payment related questions, email us. 

 

When will you start emailing me more often?

You will start getting email updates 3 months prior. This is when we will announce the lineup, your class options & any activities you will be choosing between, packing suggestions & you will get access to the private app. This will be an exciting time. 

 

How will I sleep with & what will I eat?

You will be placed in the room/bed type you bought and when it gets closer we will send out forms that let you share any bunking partners you would like to request and any food allergies. We have an amazing private chef who specializes incredible farm to table food, we promise you will be fed well!  

 

When should I book my flight & how will transportation work?

You will be responsible for your own travel and transportation. We recommend booking travel about 3 months prior (or earlier!). We also always recommend getting travel insurance on your flight.

Many people fly in a day or two early or stay late to extend their trip! We recommend making it a comfortable trip for yourself. 

Transportation to the venue is your responsibility. See above for transportation options!

There is ample parking at the venue & you can schedule a driving service. We recommend renting a car and carpooling with other retreaters OR hiring a driving service to pick you up and take you back. We will share any recommendations as it gets closer to the event, but Uber is a great option!

 Check in for the event begins on September 15th at 5pm-please do not be early or late. The event will end at 11am on September 13th. These times are in Mountain Standard Time

Time zone in St. George, UT (GMT-7). 

You may choose to extend your stay in Utah if you want to continue the party. 

 

What if I need to remember the purchasing terms of my ticket?

You can go here! But basically no transfers or refunds & we will see you there. In the case of an emergency you may sell or gift your ticket to someone else for the same year. 

 

With all that being said, it’s going to be deeply life changing and we are so excited you are apart of this unique experience. We Hair Love You & Can’t wait to see you.
