How will my payments work?
Whatever payment plan or pay-in-full option you choose is all taken care of and will automatically do its thing.
If you need to change your card on file or have any payment-related questions, email us.
When will you start emailing me more often?
You will start getting email updates 2–3 months prior.
This is when we will announce any new details & any activities you may need to be prepared for or packing suggestions.
This will be an exciting time.
How will I sleep with & what will I eat?
You will be placed in the room/bed type you bought, and when it gets closer we will send out forms that let you share any bunking partners you would like to request and any food allergies.
We have an amazing private chef who specializes in incredible farm-to-table food — we promise you will be fed well!
When should I book my flight & how will transportation work?
You will be responsible for your own travel and transportation.
We recommend booking travel about 2–3 months prior (or earlier!) and always recommend getting travel insurance on your flight.
See above for recommended airports we recommend flying into.
Many people fly in a day or two early or stay late to extend their trip! We recommend making it a comfortable trip for yourself.
Transportation to the venue is your responsibility. See above for transportation options!
There is ample parking at the venue & you can schedule to use our shuttle with a fee.
We recommend using our shuttle.
Check-in for the event begins on September 30th at 4/5pm — please do not be early or late.
The event will end at 10am on October 4th.
These times are in Mountain Standard Time.
Time zone in St. George, UT (GMT-7).
You may choose to extend your stay in Utah if you want to continue the party.
What if I need to remember the purchasing terms of my ticket?
You can go here! But basically:

No transfers or refunds & we will see you there.

In the case of an emergency, you may sell or gift your ticket to someone else for the same year.

No exceptions will be or can be made.
