Hey Elizabeth Faye Salon LLC, including its affiliates (“Hair Love University,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the website at https://hairloveuniversity.com and registervitalityproject.com, related subdomains, and any courses, portals, or services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you (“you” or “User”) agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms include our Privacy Policy URL and any other policies referenced here (together, the “Agreement”).
1) Use of the Site & License to Materials
We may provide course content, quizzes, tests, articles, modules, videos, downloads, and other materials (collectively, the “Materials”). Subject to these Terms, Hey Elizabeth Faye Salon LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and to download and print one copy of the Materials solely for your personal, internal, non-commercial use (or, if you are an accredited school or institutional customer, solely for internal educational use as permitted in your order or agreement).

2) User Representations
You represent and warrant that:
- you are of legal age to form a binding contract (or have obtained verifiable parental/guardian consent where required);
- you will use the Site only in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law; and
3) Accounts & Security (include if accounts exist)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington County, Utah, United States of America, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Washington County, Utah for any dispute not subject to arbitration (if arbitration is not used).
13) Export & Compliance
You may not use, export, or re-export the Site or Materials in violation of applicable export laws and sanctions. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country or on any list where use of the Site is prohibited.
14) Changes to the Site or Terms
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date (and provide additional notice where required by law). Your continued use of the Site after the update constitutes acceptance.
15) General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hey Elizabeth Faye Salon LLC regarding the Site and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements about the Site. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our prior written consent.
