Tulum Mastermind

This retreat will be unlike anything I have hosted, I have chills just writing this. It is a luxury, all inclusive, 6 day retreat in Tulum focusing on business and wellness. You will leave rested, rejuvenated, and a high level action plan for the year.

There will be action filled mastermind style workshops & coaching. You will leave with headshots, social media content, a refreshed brand identity, new high powered copy to use for your sales pages/products/marketing, confidence in your path, and life-long high level friendships with women who can support you year long. We are in the middle of contracting but the dates we are hoping for are end of Jan/beginning of Feb.

1:1 Coaching

Your academy includes four coaching calls. These are designed to be a way that I can help you scale your business quickly, with focused game planning sessions where we discuss high level topics. You will come prepared to these calls and leave with an action plan. You will receive two private 60 minute calls with me that will be perfect for trouble shooting, and two 90 minute sessions with me high level ideation and strategy building. I am here to help you maximize these calls!

Group Coaching

This is always a highlight of all my programs. You will quickly become close with all the other high powered women in the group. Here we will share wins, updates, questions, and goals. This is a great way to mastermind digitally and help each other. This is where the magic of helping each other grow becomes real, all year we get to help pour into one another and just watch the amazing collaborations that come out of this! Boy mom, dog mom, cake lover, I watch FRIENDS religiously, I am travel obsessed, I am a manifesting queen, and have made a successful career in the beauty industry through education.
Founded my first independent education company from a shitty laptop and no digital experience in 2014 as a single mama.
Grew a multiple 6 figure education empire within 12 months.
I have developed education systems, structures, and teams that supports thousands of hairstylists.
Have been hosting live workshops and educational events since 2014; and have taught over 200 workshops in over 30 cities.
I have personally invested over 200k into my own education when it comes to facilitation, educating, and leadership.

Covid-19 + Purchasing Policies

Alright...I love talking about all the magic things but now it's time for the legal stuff.

By clicking below you agree to the following terms and conditions of sale related to the Hair Love Retreat (High Power Academy) scheduled for 2021 in Tulum, Mexico (“The Retreat”) At the time of signing up for The Retreat, a non-refundable deposit of $1500.00 is required. Thereafter, you agree to pay the remaining balance of AMOUNT in monthly installments of $875.00/month and in total 12k.

All sales for The Retreat + Coaching are final, and monetary refunds will not be offered.

If The Retreat is cancelled for reasons outside of our control, whether to due COVID-19, or for other reasons, we will provide you with a credit to be used for a future event hosted by us within 2021 for the High Power Academy, non-transferrable to other retreats/offerings. This retreat may change locations if that is the case.

(Please note any event credits cannot be used towards or from Hair Love events, including but not limited to Hair Love Retreat Zion 2021, Bali Retreat 2021, The Workshop In a Box, Education Foundations etc..)

While we will not impose any unnecessary restrictions, due to the nature of international travel in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the hotel, airline and/or other vendors involved in The Retreat may require pre screening methods from you, including but not limited to COVID-19 tests, mask mandates, social distancing guidelines, and other reasonable health and safety precautions.

Therefore, by agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you will comply with certain safety requirements that may be necessary to participate in The Retreat. You also agree not to participate in The Retreat if within 14 days of The Retreat, you have been exposed to COVID-19 or have tested positive for COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, including but not limited to a fever, and you must inform us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to find a safe alternative for the health and safety of all participants.

You acknowledge that your participation in The Retreat is done at your own free will, and while Hair Love Retreat and all associated vendors will take all necessary precautions, your participation may include exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19.

While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. You understand that you knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19 and hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with The Retreat.

If your participation in The Retreat is terminated for any reason, including but not limited to noncompliance with rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by The Retreat or other parties involved, including but not limited to the hotel, airlines, and any vendors, you acknowledge that you will not receive a refund, and that any outstanding balance will be due and payable at the time of your termination.

Finally, you understand that participation in The Retreat is for coaching services only. While Hair Love Retreat may provide you with branding, logos and images to use as part of your content creation, you understand that you in no way are granted a license to use RELEVANT TRADEMARKS, and will not use any intellectual property, including but not limited to - LET’s DEFINE THIS MORE - outside the scope of what is instructed at the time any such materials are provided. Any use outside of the scope may constitute trademark infringement, copyright infringement, or other violation of Hair Love Retreat + Elizabeth Faye’s rights.
